Will a Ryzen 3 3200g will perform better with a dedicated graphics card or the APU is the exact same. Will it relive some stress from the CPU if I use a dedicated graphics card? Does it need to be the equivalent to the Vega 8. If so please recommend me some options.

Solution
Certainly wouldn't spend money on a GT710, barely a video card.

In some respects, yes, the GT710 will have its own memory. And you would be removing the extra heat source from your CPU.

In practice, not worth it. You need a much larger GPU to make a difference.

Rough numbers put the 3200G as being about 3 times as fast a GT710.

You would need to look at an RX550 at least.

The above replies pretty much answer your question. The only reason to add the GT 710 (if you already have one) would be to use it for a 2nd monitor if you need a 2nd monitor.

The 3200G is pretty much a 720p card using medium settings. 1080p would require going with lowest graphical settings in modern games.
