Hi guys,

Recently I tried a cinebench R23 with my 3600x cpu and reach 93 degree with multicore test and 67 degree with single core test. I would like to ask that is that normal or my system is kinda too hot ???

I just bought this PC in September 2020. Normally my iddle temperature is around 43 to 51 degree and gaming temperature sometimes can reach 78 degree (Red Dead and The Witcher 3)
My system info is:
CPU: Ryzen 5 3600x
Cooler; Cooler Master Ma410m
Mainboard: MSI Tomahawk Wifi X570
GPU; Powercolor 5700xt Red Devil
Ram; Gskill Tridenz 3200mhz
Case: Lianli II Mesh RGB, and I installed 1 rear exhaust fan too

Thank you for any advice

Solution
I tried yesterday, and the temp got down to 85 from 93 but I also lost around 130 point in Cinebench R20. Probably I need to check my thermal paste
That's too small a drop to make any difference but you are loosing performance with unsafe voltages and heat anyway, If you could limit temps closer to 70c, scores will go up for sure.

Cooler should be quite enough, you may have a problem with mounting it or too high voltage.

I don't see those temps on my 3600 XT and I'm still using the stock cooler. Look at your case flow maybe. My vcore reaches 1.525v with no oc lol. The stock cooler does suck though.
