Hello , my processor has 2 cores disabled , and I don't know what to do .

Help me please.
My motherboard is Asrock AB350 PRO4 with 2 x 4gb 2400 mhz kingston.

Have you changed anything on 'System Configuration'?
If you did then go back to 'BOOT Advance Options' and uncheck 'Number of processors' and 'Maximum memory'. Reboot.
If that's not the issue then make sure to have the latest BIOS for your motherboard.
