Ryzen 5 1600 bottleneck

Hello guys, today i just bought myself a new fresh gaming PC. It has msi gtx 1060 gaming x+ and amd Ryzen 5 1600. But when i play games like payday 2 and borderlands 2, my gpu usage goes all the way down to %50- %75. Do you guys know why? Im using Msi afterburner

Yup i didn't. I played bf3 1 min ago and gpu usage was %30 and my framerates were 60-40 fps

I realized I jacked up my question but I'll double check fresh install of Windows or reused? What are rest of system specs?

Ryzen 5 1600
8gbs of ram
1 tb hdd
Msi b350 Tomahawk
Corsair Cx750
Im using the trial one

I don't know all the driver updates tho. I only have Geforce experience, msi afterburner, msi gaming app.
Its on high performance

When i play battlefield 3 i my gpu usage is usually %30-%50
But my framerates like sometimes 100 sometimes 70 sometimes 65. I hardly ever see 50 fps but it happens on big maps i think.
And my game freezes sometimes

Go to Msi's website and download all of the chipset drivers and bios, update them all.
