Question ryzen 5 2400g underperforming

ok so i have a r5 2400g and it runs games well like cs on 90+fps but when i formatted my pc and install windows on an ssd the performance of the vega 11 apu is not weak.im getting less than 60 fps on low in cs

Are you in a power saving mode?

Can you show us the gpu usage graph or have cpu fos/cpu fps from games like gow5 or the division 2?

I have downloaded the driver and sorry im away for a few days so i cant show the gpu graph (i dont even own those game)

Then try a demo like Unigine Valley - it's taxing enough to show where a system hurts, and small enough that it won't take you hours to get it.

There is also the possibility that you enabled vsync in the game, in which case you won't ever get more than 60FPS on a run of the mill screen and since every performance hiccup causes the framerate to stall for a little while it will average at 50+. Make sure you don't have VSYNC enabled anywhere : driver, the game itself etc.

i have tried the benchmark and i get around 20-40 fps on low and my gpu usage graph in csgo is around 80%

even the new radeon boost doesnt help
