[SOLVED] Ryzen 5 2400g - Will an EVGA 450w 80+ bronze run a RX 580 8gb or RX 590 8gb?

I'm planning to upgrade my main rig with a RX 580 8gb or RX 590 gb, my only concern is, I don't want to spend more money on another psu.
Will that psu handle those cards?

With 100% certainty? Absolutely not!

The standard RX 580 has a power requirement of up to 185 watts and a 500 watt PSU recommendation. I'm certain the RX 590 has even higher power requirements. If it were me, I wouldn't trust that kind of investment on an under powered power supply.

What i guessed. The 450bt is not a good PSU and does not have the recommended wattage for either card.

You will need an upgrade to run an RX580 or 590.

Nope, I wouldn't go below the CX.

The VS are ment for lower powered graphics cards, which the RX580 and 590 are not.

The VS can work in a pinch, but isnt much better than your current model, if at all.

CX doesn't stand for anything to my knowledge. CX is the series of Corsair power supplies, and CX550 is the model.
