Ryzen 5 2600 OC slower than other 2600s with stock speed.

So I recently bought a ryzen 5 2600 and after I benchmarked it and saw the score, it was slower than the benchmarks I saw online from different sources. For example: My cpu Oc @3.70 GHz was 100 cb slower than other ryzen 5 2600s with stock speed. Should I be concerned? Is it just that I have the opposite of a golden sample?

Ryzen 5 2600 at stock speed run at 3,4GHz Base and 3,9GHz Precision Boost 2. This is better that oc at 3,7GHz.

Whats the rest of your system? If they were running ram at speeds 3000mhz+ vs lets say slower ram it could make a lot of difference.
