Updating a friends pc, Can my friend run F1 2021 or even 2022 game with this CPU(Ryzen 5 3400G) and its onboard graphics of radeon rx vega 11 graphics? he has 16gb ram

I doubt it. Even the minimum spec for 2021 is a GTX 950 which is approx. 60% more powerful than the Vega iGPU.

Actually F1 2022 runs pretty good on 3400G with vega 11

It's not a very demanding game, so yes you can on the lowest settings. I would not consider it online competition ready however.

A key factor is going to be your memory speed. The difference between 2666, 3200, 3666 and high is significant with the APU. Proper cooling will also help. Going into BIOS and overclocking the iGPU will help.
