Question Ryzen 5 3500 Idle Temp 61 celcius ?

Halo all,

Is my Ryzen 5 3500 build with stock cooling going normal if CPU idle temp 61 celcius?
Or any setting should I do for decrease this CPU temp ?
And a I read some threat, the normal CPU temp is around 40 celcius, that right ?

Motherboard : ASUS B450-e Gaming
CPU : R5 3500
GPU : GTX 1660 Super
RAM : XPG Spectrix D60G 16 GB
SSD : XPG SX8200 PRO 256 GB

No, it depends on:
-your room temps.
-the case and case airflow.
-whether or not you mounted the cooler correctly. How is the cooler mounted? With screws? Push-pins?
-if you made any changes in bios.

-I don't made any change with the bios except ram speed.
