Motherboard: Asus X570 TUF, BIOS Version 2203 (6/2020)
BCLK: 100MHz, Cores Ratio: first 39.50, now 42.00
So,for some unknown reason,3600's Clock speeds were stuck at 3.950MHz at all cores, no matter the load.I went into BIOS to check what's going on and everything seems normal.I changed cores ratio to 42.00 and now every core is stuck at 4.200MHz with 1.44-1.45V continuously, according to CPU-Z...Thermals are fine.
I originally had an automatic OC through Ryzen Master and ASUS Optimal settings.I resetted and uninstalled Ryzen Master, switched ASUS Optimal to Normal but the issue stayed.
Cinebench R20 Results:
Thank you.
