Question Ryzen 5 3600 voltage ?

Why not leave it alone and let it boost, many people are saying all cores will hover around 3.8 to 4ghz depending on temps and power limits and boost to 4.2 on a core or 2. You can over ride the max boost by 200mhz so it'll boost to 4.4ghz and all core should land around 4ghz all the time under load of course if temps and power limits aren't too high.

So if i set it to 1.2 will it be stable ?

Theres no point in setting a voltage for using the CPU at its base stock speed. As long as you are using a new BIOS, have the lastest AMD chipset drivers and Windows up to date the CPU should be fine by its own.

@Viking2121 depending ont he thermal solution the all core frecuency should hover around 3.950 ~ 4050MHz. For example my budget Gammaxx GTE tower cooler allows my R5 3600 to go around that much, single core frecuency is at 4.2GHz (I got PBO off in my system)

The system I built for my brothers girlfriend have a R5 3600 (newer batch than mine) that can reach that all-core frecuency with the stock cooler (mine can't).

Cheers!
