[SOLVED] Ryzen 5 3600X default high voltage

Hello,

So i just installed my new Ryzen 5 3600x on my msi tomahawk max b450 motherboard. I checked the stats, CPU temp was around 40-50C on idle and then i checked voltage and it was jumping from around 1.3 to 1.41 when on idle. This is on default mode in Ryzen Master software.... Are those voltages normal and really default?

have you installed the AMD drivers for the cpu and then set windows power plan Ryzen balanced should help.

I dle temps looks fine to me and voltage isn't bad either

As others have said, all seems ok. AMD have even said you will see voltage jumps of up to 1.5, they only last for a split second.
