As far as i know there shouldn't be any bottleneck with this combo but I experienced SOME while playing BF V and Cyberpunk in 1920x1080!

My CPU usage is around 80-92% (so it is not reaches 100% but it is close to it) while my 2060 is around 40-50% sometimes goes up to 65-70% in Cyberpunk with High settings and DLSS Balanced, in BF with medium/high settings it is usually around 70% but it is unstable. I've just format my ssd-s and installed a new windows yesterday. I installed the newest Nvidia driver, set the games to performance mode in the graphics settings, I set the power options to high performance, I set the power management mode in the nvidia control panel to prefer maximum performance and closed every background app that can start with the windows! That's all that I've done already.

PC:
-RTX 2060 GPU
-Ryzen 5 4500 CPU with the stock cooler and thermal paste (I ordered it last week so it is basically brand new)
-MSI B450-A Pro motherboard
-600W 80+ white PSU (same as the CPU)
-4x4 2166Mhz RAM
-480 Gb Kingston CT500 ssd for the games
-256 Gb Kingmax m.2 sdd for the system

Four DIMMs at 2166 may be your limiting factor Two 8GB at 3200 or 3600 would be much better.
