I'm planning on buying a new Computer for games/work and I visit some local store around my area, One of the stores give me this specs. Sadly they wont reveal the price for each parts and only gave me the Total amount.
For Games I want play AAA titles in 1080p High (maybe Ultra if can).
For Work I use Programming Tools if anyone ask.

CPU - AMD RYZEN 5 5600x
Motherboard - Gigabyte GA-B550M-AORUS-ELITE
RAM - CORSAIR VENGEANCE RGB RT
16GB(2x8GB) DDR4-3600 C18 MEMORY KIT
Hard Drive - Gigabyte M.2 2280 PCIE 3.0 X4 NVME 1.3 SSD 512GB
GPU - SAPPHIRE PULSE AMD RADEON RX 6600 8GB GDDR6 HDMI TRIPLE DP VGA CARD
Case - ROBIN TEMPERED DUAL CHAMBER GLASS AXT Case w/ 2x INPLAY ICE TOWER V2.0 ARGB FAN 3 IN 1
PSU - Seasonic Focus GX-750 80+ Gold Full Modular PSU

My Question is
  1. In today's market specifically in SEA Countries is the build/Price OKAY?
  2. Can the AMD stock cooler suffice or do I need to pay extra for a Tower Cooler
  3. Is there any parts I can replace with cheaper one like Kingston for the RAM instead of Corsair

Solution
Couldn't find your case and PCPP doesn't have some component prices listed.

As CL18 3600 isn't any faster, than C16 3200, I would see about dropping to 3200 CL16 ram. You are going to want more storage. 512gb is not enough with the size of games today, on top of your OS. Maybe see if the non X 5600 is available and cheaper. The price of that setup is about $275 more than in the US. $175 if buying a windows license too.

Subbing in roughly equivalent priced parts in PCPP puts me around PHP80,000-85,000 but PCPP Philippines is only pulling newegg pricing.

Switching the PCPP list to USA market is ~$1000 USD without an OS for those exact components (sub an in-stock SSD for $50). And you're paying someone to assemble and format the PC for you, as well as shipping and shipping insurance, etc etc.
