Question Ryzen 5 5600X vs Ryzen 7 5700X

I'm not into gaming, not at all....
But I do encode blurays once in a while with Handbreak
Which CPU will be best (I have a Ryzen 5 1600 for now)
The difference between the 2 CPU is ONLY $20 (5 5600X @ $100 and 7 5700X @ $120)

Not sure about the RAM, but I bought it new at Microcenter if I remember well
