Question Ryzen 5 5600X won't BOOT

Help. Freshly upgraded PC won't boot.

Specs:
GPU: NVIDIA RTX 3070
PROCESSOR: Ryzen 5 5600x
RAM: Ripjaws V 16gb (dual) ddr4 3200
Motherboard: MSI MPG X570 GAMING PLUS

Symptoms:

1. EZ_DEBUG LED, lit on Boot
2. Black Screen on Boot
3. Sometimes boot to BIOS then black screen upon exiting

Tried the following below to no avail:

1. Switched backed to old processor. booted successfully
2. Cleared CMOS
3. Updated BIOS version to 7C37vAB and 7C37vAC1(Beta version)

3.1 Still able too boot using the old processor (Ryzen 5 1600).

1. Switched RAM Sticks
2. Switched ports on GPU upon boot (HDMI and DisplayPort)

using the old processor, update the bios to at least the vAB version. (vAC is the latest)

I already updated the bios version using the old processor.
