Hello, I decided to make a new budget-gaming build. My budget is 750eur(max).

CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 1400 160.86€
MOBO: MSI B350M Gaming Pro 83.33€
RAM: HyperX Predator 8GB DDR4-3000MHz (HX430C15PB3K2/8) (Dual) 93.27€
PSU: Thermaltake Hamburg 530W 50.30€
CASE: Corsair Carbide Spec-01 52.01€
SSD: Samsung 850 Evo 250GB 92.50€
GPU: Gigabyte GeForce GTX1050 Ti 4GB Windforce OC (GV-N105TWF2OC-4GD) 169.02€
=701.29€

P.S. Tell me if the ram is compatible with motherboard, I checked motheboard's support and support it as 2933. Best I can get in my country for 8GB ram, otherwise I have to get 2666 or 16gb ram to get 3.200 but its expensive for my build. Thanks!

It looks mostly fine, yes. You've got a robust platform that should last you at least three generations of AMD CPUs. Adding more RAM, more powerful graphics and a better CPU in the future is very easy, just remember to keep the BIOS up to date.
The PSU is the weak point for me here, which could be a limiting factor in the future. You shouldn't cheap out on it. I'd look toward getting a 600+ watt unit from either EVGA or Corsair in the near future.

The RAM is compatible, but not optimal. Kits that use Samsung B-dies work best with Ryzen, but since Samsung's fabrication capability has been overwhelmed the prices are really inflated.
You should be still able to run the RAM at 3000, just go to BIOS and select a DOCP setting.

Most likely either B or A dies, but that hardly matters. If the price is the same, then sure, go for it.

Apologies if this is too far off topic.
From a Review: "don't forget the Core i5-7600K. And although the 1600X challenges it in much of our benchmark suite, the Core i5 still comes out on top at stock settings."

Have you seen comparison 7600K and 4 core Ryzen 5? The AMD is CDA$80 cheaper. That matters.
