Question ryzen 7 2700x not streaming properly

I recently bought a ryzen 2700x and i tried streaming with it everything works fine temps are good 50/60c but streaming with OBS x264 veryfast preset at 3500kbs 1080p 30 fps the final product of the stream is crap and a slide show also obs gives me a "encoding cant keep up" and runs the stream at 10fps even though cpu usage is at 30% max, tried various games and setting even the ones used by linus on stream encoding intel vs amd video and nothing, also internen is 500mbs down 200mbs up so its not the issue

gpu gtx 570
ram 8gb
500GB NVME + 120gb SSD store MI with 1tb hdd

worthy to note i used to stream with this setup but h110 mobo and pentium g4400

that maybe your problem right there your trying to steam off of a gtx 570, that card can't handle much in the streaming section I'm sorry to say you probably need a new gpu

as i said i streamed with the exact same setup except mobo and cpu at 30 fps just fine, not to mention gpu has nothing to do with encoding

Did you reinstalled the windows after upgrading? If not do it Quick because that's a problem too

Also 8gb RAM isn't helping especially if it's a single stick.

I wouldn't be surprised if StoreMi caused I/O contention too.
