Hello,
Ryzen 7 2700x or i7 8700k or i9 9900k, All of the processors above is in my budget but I want to get the most worth it , What I need is for editing video, graphics design, and a bit of gaming.

All three are excellent processors however for Value/performance you can't go past R7-2700X

Intel's flagship I9-9900k is considerably more expensive but also offers 8Cores and 16Threads.
As you will be editing video files and rendering CAD files and if time is important then go for 2700X.

Just to add one thing: a big consideration at this point is value. While a 2700X provides similar performance, or better in some cases, in your target workloads also think about future-proofing your system. You can probably buy the 2700X and a motherboard and then upgrade to a Ryzen 3000 series processor later this year (which won't need a new motherboard) and still have spent less than some (all?) of the Intel options with motherboard.

That represents unbeatable value.
