[SOLVED] Ryzen 7 2700X Temperature issue help me

Dear team,
I build amd base gaming pc Recently ,now i am facing unknown problem ,my cpu idle temp is 60C when i playing games or cpu getting stress temp is going above 70C whenever reaches this i getting annoying sound from cpu i dont know where its coming from herewith i attached the link(

so kindly someone tell me why this sound coming and is this serious issue? please help me to solve this problem.

MY cpu -Ryzen 7 2700X
Mother board -Asus B450 gaming plus
Power supply -Corsair VS650
GPU - Zotac RTX2060 Super mini 8GB
CPU cooler - Cooler Master MasterLiquid ML120L
RAM - Gskill F4-3000C16D-16GTZR TridentZ RGB Series 16GB (4x8GB)
HDD - Crucial 260GB SSD, WD 2GB HDD

Take good care to take a deep look at the install of the liquid cooler to the cpu, make sure it's fully seated the the cpu and there is "plenty"
enough thermal paste on the cpu just a wee bit bigger then a pea size drop of thermal paste
