Question Ryzen 7 3700u for editing?

Looking for a secondary laptop to do some work when I need to. I have a desktop which does most of my intense work but I have little knowledge on the Ryzen front, is this processor suitable for editing?

Editing what exactly? Word documents? Photos? Videos? Coding? Etc.
