Question Ryzen 7 3700x Error E8 No Boot

coa board por el medio de mercadolibre el vendedor me la mando y al momento de ensayarla con mi rayzen 7 3700x no funciono necesito ayuda ya que el vendedor dice no saber de esto gracias
Lo intenté

• Eliminó la CPU y la instaló nuevamente.
• Eliminó la RAM y la instaló nuevamente. (Asegúrese de que esté bien instalado)
• Eliminado HDD
• Probado con y sin CPU
• Probé CMOS Rest / Removed y reinstalé la batería

todo eso no tuvo éxito, ¿alguien sabe cómo arreglar eso?
la PC funciona como se muestra en el video, no aparece nada en la pantalla, es solo una pantalla negraAQUI ESTA TAMBIEN El problema

You deleted the CPU and installed it again.
You deleted the RAM and installed it again. (Make sure it is properly installed)
