Hi,

Was wondering if my temps were normal since they seemed a bit much..

Idle : 41 - 44 C
Gaming : 75 - 78 C occasionally jumping to 81 - 84 C - even spiking to 90's during longer sessions (Clock speed of 4.3 - 4.4)
Cooler : Kraken M22 120MM

Note: I've had the CPU for almost a year now, average idle temps have had a small increase as well as gaming temps.

My old temps from a few months ago look like this..

Idle : 34 - 37 C
Gaming : 60 - 65 C occasionally jumping to 70 C (Clock speed of 4.3 - 4.4)

Should I try re-applying thermal paste?

Solution
Those Kraken M22 are hot trash, that's the problem.
120mm AIOs are frowned upon, but any other model would've been better than that one.

Frankly I'm surprised you had those temps with only a 120 AIO. I had hard time keeping temps between 32 and 72/73c with an 240 AIO and only switching to a 360 did the trick.
Slow increase of temps does indicate paste going bad/dry but partial failure of AIO is not out of question either. You can also make sure pump is running at full speed and check voltages.

Oh yeah, air cooler. Wouldn't really bother with an AIO in that one. Ram is low profile at 32mm tall.

Scythe FUMA 2
be quiet! Dark Rock 4, or Dark Rock Pro 4
NH-D15S
Thermalright ARO-M14G

A little more color to them:
Deepcool AS500
Arctic Freezer 34 eSports Duo
Thermalright Frost Spirit 140 RGB, or Peerless Assassin 120 SE ARGB

Didn't even realize there was a "NH-D15S" was looking at the "NH-D15" and was thinking to myself that there was no way that would fit in my case. I think I'll go for the D15S and put a case fan in the rear of the case.
