[SOLVED] Ryzen 7 5800x Temps High

Whenever my cpu is not under load it goes around 65-70° C, and when it is under a load it goes to about 75° C. I have tried removing and reapplying the thermal paste from my aio on to the cpu but it showed no difference. Is this normal? Is there something I'm missing?
My current specs are:
CPU - Ryzen 7 5800x
Motherboard - Asus ROG x570-f
GPU - Asus ROG 2080 Super 8GB
PSU - Corsair RM1000x 1000w 80 Plus Gold
Memory - Trident Z Rgb 3200mhz
CPU Cooler - Corsair H100i Platinum SE
Storage - 1tb Samsung 860 m.2, 2tb Samsung 970 Evo Plus, 2tb seagate hard drive

75C is actually quite good under load. 5800X temps are expected to run upwards of 90C...it's designed to and actually expected.

That's on the lower side from what I've seen, not sure how you've managed it but must have done something right
