Question Ryzen 7 5800x3d core temperature distribution

Hello, about 4 months ago i upgraded to Ryzen 7 5800x3d. In the past 2 months i have been noticing problems regarding temperatures. When gaming hwinfo shows that cores 1 and 3 are about 20 celsius hotter than other cores, aswell core wattage is noticeably higher in those cores in comparison to other ones. Around the same time my AIO died, so i switched to noctua nh-u12s redux. The problem is still here. Currently on a clean windows install. Does anyone know what could cause this? Any help is appreciated.

They're most likely the best/fastest cores, so they get first dibs to high priority tasks.
The game also doesn't need more than that for the particular game - programmers did it.
