Question ryzen 7700 shutting off pc

for over a year my 7700 cpu has ran at 1.3 volts and is sensitive to like turbo boosting past 5ghtz just using youtube and on startup and on gaming it will boost up to 84 degrees in some games and just shut off pc i wanna make sure before i rma it that its my cpu cause i turned off pbo in bios and its like 15 degrees cooler i have a phone call with a supervisor with amd tomorrow to help trouble shoot my issue i just want stability with pbo my max speeds are 3.8 ghtz but before it would get up to 5.4ghtz its annoying if my cpu is overheating and killing itself

When posting a thread of troubleshooting nature, it's customary to include your full system's specs. Please list the specs to your build like so:

include the age of the PSU apart from it's make and model. BIOS version for your motherboard at this moment of time.

Ambient room temps will also help us two fold as will the number of fans in your case and their orientation.
