Hi, Is Corsair HX750 enough for Ryzen 9 7950X? That PSU has only 8pin connector for CPU supply, no additional 4pin, on my board GIGABYTE X870 EAGLE WIFI7 there is 8+4 for CPU.

Would recommend checking with your motherboard manuals and site to see if both need to be populated. I have an Intel Z board that not only uses 8 pin up top, but also has an 8 pin on the bottom of the board. I found out that without having all the M.2 and such populated, it didn't need it. I have also dealt with 2x4pin boards that would boot on just one 4 pin.

In this case I do think it is prudent to ask as that is a very powerful CPU.

Which GPU do you have? They use more power than CPU so PSU power rating is usually tailored for them. Normally you don't need more MB power than basic one unless overclocking and/or using a lot of PCIe lanes.

I'm using the RM850 PSU and I think I connected a 4-way plus the 8-way connector to the mobo. When I was running an RTX 3060 12GB in the rig, the whole machine pulled only 400W during video renders. System includes 7950X, 2 x 32GB DDR5, 3 x 1TB M.2 + 5 x 3.5in hard disks.

Many people say you don't need the extra 4-way connector unless you're pushing a heavy overclock. I have PBO switched off, so my extra 4-way is probably overkill, but it reduces volt drop on the CPU supply rail marginally.

I don't think you'll have any problems with an HX750 PSU, until it's past its warranty end date. How old is your HX750? If it's more than 10 years old, consider replacing it. Electrolytics eventually dry out.
