Question Ryzen that's comparable to (or better than) i7-13 gen and i9-13 gen for laptop?

I am browsing which laptop to buy. I browsed those that have i7-13 gen or i9-13 gen. Quite good, but I want to take a look at other options. What are Ryzen (or other manufacturers') models that are comparable to (or better than) i7-13 gen or i9-13 gen?

Well the latest chips from AMD would be the 7940HS, 7840HS and other Zen 4 based chips. AMD has generally had better efficiency than Intel for the past little while. They have similar efficiency at low clock speeds, but AMD tends to pull ahead under heavy loads.

As always with laptops, a lot comes down to battery size, screen, GPU, cooling. Quite a few variables, so it is best to pick out models you like and look for reviews that compare them against similarly priced models.
