ryzen windows 10 vs windows 7

so it for sure true that their is something going on with windows 10 and ryzen because I installed both of the os and used them with ryzen on windows 7 I got 2200+ on cpuz benchmark utility and I had only gotten a 1500ish score on windows 10 I don't understand I hope it gets fixed or optimized or something
