Rzyen 5 1600 n b350 MSI and ram issues!!!

I recently got Ryzen 5 1600 cpu and a b350 MSI gaming pro carbon mobo and 16gb of corsair lpx ram (2x8sticks) 3200. So I know how theres been issues with rzyen motherboards not getting the ram clock speed correct. so when I go into the bios it says my ram is 2133 when I know its really 3200 so when I select ddr 3200 then restart is shows my ram being 2993 which is fine by me and I also had my cpu overclocked to 3.8 ghz and everything was running smoothly to just now everything is all buggy I go into the bios and it shows the cpu multiplier is 38 for 3.8 ghz and my ram is selected at 3200 n now its wont register now when im at my desktop my cpu is at 3.2 ghz and my memory is at 2133 I dont know what to do cause when i go into the bios everything that i want it to be is selected but once it gets to desktop it doesnt register. and yes I have the new bios from MSI and I have the cpu and ram voltages at 1.35 and also everytime i go to the bios then save n exit my system will boot and shutdown multiple times and i know thats common but now its taking forever to get a successful boot and on the motherboard the ez bug leds show cpu and dram I just dont know what to do if anyone has some tips or answers out there would be much appreciated.

Sounds like memory training issues. The reboots are from the system trying to POST at 3200. It's normal for the system to default to 2133 if it can't get to XMP settings. What is your SOC voltage set at? Does your board have a DRAM boot voltage as well as standard voltage? I'd also try 1.4v on DRAM as well, as this can fix the issue for some.

yea both the XMP settings dont do anything. what is SOC voltage?

Its the voltage for the memory controller and other components inside the CPU other than the cores. It defaults to around .96v I believe. I have mine set at 1.13v. 1.2 is the limit from what I've seen. However, this voltage isn't linear, similiar to Intel SA voltage. In other words, sometimes a lower voltage increases stability instead of higher.
