Hello everyone, is S12ii-620 decent psu for r5 2600, asus rog strix 580 8gb, asus b450 prime plus, g.skill aegis 2x8gb, hdd, ssd, 5 coolers and one cd/dvd drive. Will this psu fit fine, what about stock? Thank you.

I'd say get something better. The S12II/M12II are fine for budget PCs but they are group regulated PSUs and are quite old now. And judging by your specs that is not an entry level PC.

A Corsair TX550M, or If you can save up more money then an EVGA G2 550W or a Seasonic Focus Plus 550W would be perfect. They would last really long and you wont need a PSU upgrade for most upgrades you will do to your PC.

The lowest I would go with a PSU on that system would be Corsair CX550M/Be Quiet Pure Power 10.

Power Supply: Corsair - CXM 550W 80+ Bronze Certified Semi-Modular ATX Power Supply ($59.89 @ OutletPC)
Total: $59.89

NOTE: Ive linked the 750W Seasonic Focus Plus Gold above because it is cheaper than the 650W and 550W versions at the moment because of some promos going on.

jawlesspython04, thank you for your answer. Unfortunately, from your list i can afford only cx550m from your list. Prices start from 90$ in my country and i have no opportunity to purchase from abroad. I found that ssr-550rt, s12ii-550, tx550m have the same price 90$. So corsair is my choice? Fair ~500wt are enough for my build, will it have some stock?

Corsair TX550M is the better PSU. Other is an older platform Seasonic.
