Would I be able to fit a 120mm rad with fan on the top of the case?

I would like to add another 1080ti hybrid but I dont have anywhere to put the rad other than the top and the rear.

My M.B is Asus ROG Maximus HERO

The fan that I have installed at the top in the pic is 140mm

Yes it should, but i imagine it will be a tight squeeze, with all of those aio tubes.
