SABERTOOTH 990FX BIOS 0901

After updating with BIOS 0901 my PCI card stopped working. It claims it has no resource to use.
I have turned off a few things like COM1 and JMICRON but no change.
As I am not keen to downgrade the BIOS I was wondering how to resolve this.
Any suggestions please. Thanks in advance.

I have downgraded the bios on this board a few times with no issues.

download the BIOS 0813 and install it and see if it makes it better. I have the same board as you do.
