Interesting, I have the same board and similar issues.

After formatting and installing Windows 10, sleep would not wake up. The reboots would force the computer into a reboot cycle.

I've just RMA'd the board to see if it was a hardware issue. I'll let you know if the issue is ongoing, but it could be a Windows 10 thing.

I have sabertooth z77 and after installing win 10 same problem but restart always helps for my system..

The thing is mine was doing it on Windows 7 an now Windows 10 ? It doesn't happen offend {ounce or twice a month or 2} , I just bought the board this year it runs fine ,I like the board but it get's annoying after a while . I put the system in sleep in stead off shutting it down during the day because my wife or son or I will get back on it again later in the day and we try to wake it up by touching the key board or mouse it does nothing so I have to shut the power supply off or hold the power button for 5 sec. for it to reboot? If you do get any info please post it thank you

I got the board back and the issue was still ongoing.

I ultimately blew away the RAID configuration I had with two SSD's, recreated the VD and reinstalled from there.

This led to another issue, where my CD key was no longer valid. I contacted Microsoft support and they said I had to reinstall Windows 8, patch to 8.1, upgrade back to 10 and than reinstall in order to get my CD key again. Fortunately, I had a Windows 10 key from a school account so I used that instead.

tl;dr the RMA didn't fix the issues, I've disabled sleep and haven't tested it. I couldn't boot after reinstalling and had to disable Secure Boot in the BIOS. I'd try flashing the BIOS if you haven't yet, and consider setting Secure Boot to Other OS
