[SOLVED] Sabrent External Enclosure USB 3.0 Type A to Type A

I'm interested in buying an internal HDD to use for backup but I want to put it in an enclosure. There's not a lot of good choices. Sabrent has good reviews, but they use an USB Type A Male to USB Type A Male cable. Is that safe? That doesn't follow the USB standards, does it? I'm wondering if I should avoid those products? I'd like info so I can make the best choice. Thank you.

You can locate an external drive inside your case. It should be fine.
