safe cpu temp questions

what would be the max temp for Intel Celeron 2955U ?
I am trying to configure my chromebook to run without a fan and im wondering if 65C is bad for it

65c is safe yes if not ideal to have that warm all the time, id aim for about 60, should be easily achievable with very little fan usage.
