Safe Running Temp

I realized today while playing minecraft on my laptop that it got very hot. I downloaded a cpu monitoring program and it showed that it was running between 75-80 degrees Celsius while I was playing. I then stopped playing and let the computer idle. The lowest it got to was 50 degrees Celsius and it fluctuated between that and 60 degrees. The max temp for my cpu is 100 degrees Celsius but I'm just wondering if these are okay temps or if I should look into a cooling pad.

This temp. are quite normal when playing games. Yes a cooling pad is a better idea to keep things cool. Try to keep the laptop free from dust. Dust can damage components by blocking the air. Try to keep the laptop on a hard surface when using instead of a soft surface(bed/sofa), it will help the air to move.
