Question Safe to delete these registry keys?

Nvidia gamestream is streaming from the wrong monitor, and I've found a guide on how to fix it supposedly. https://lighthouse.thecloudiest.com...shield-moonlight-selecting-the-wrong-monitor/
It's telling me to delete these subkeys, but I noticed that I have way more stuff there than he has in his image. Just wondering if I can safely delete all of this.
