Safely remove usb mass storage device

Hello,
I don't see anything on my start menu (or anywhere) to "safely remove USB Mass Storage Device", & I want to remove my camera from the computer.

1) Click Start

2) Click Run

3) Type RunDll32.exe shell32.dll,Control_RunDLL hotplug.dll

4) The Safely Remove Hardware dialog will appear (You may also create a desktop shortcut to do this.)

5) The Safely Remove Hardware icon may reappear automatically in the Notification Tray at this point. If it does not, log off and log back on.
