Question Salvaging old parts for a rebuild & upgrade

Hey there,

Below are my specs for my current build from years, nearly a decade ago. It's served me well for 8 years, it's time to upgrade though. At a cursory glance here, what parts would you say are worth keeping/salvaging to be later used? I'm wanting to continue the legacy of a micro ITX build. So a new micro ITX motherboard and a new case are absolutes. Any part suggestions would be most appreciated as well, to save time with another thread post down the line.

Looks like it would be a great spare pc to keep around after you build a new one, or to give to a family member or relative that needs one.
