Question Samsung 860 QVO 1TB under Performing

not sure why but my samsung 860 1tb is under performing here are my benchmark results
UserBenchmarks: Game 109%, Desk 84%, Work 78%
CPU: Intel Core i7-8700K - 105.6%
GPU: Nvidia RTX 2080 - 127.9%
SSD: Samsung 860 QVO 1TB - 47.9%
RAM: Kingston HyperX DDR4 3200 C16 2x8GB - 65.1%
MBD: Asus ROG STRIX Z390-H GAMING
i have made sure connected to a SATA 3.0 port with a SATA 3.0 cable have done health check and its fine have deleted stuff to retest and still
any ideas on what i could be?

Firstly, don't rely on what userbenchmark says. Badly flawed tool.

What does CrystalDiskMark and Samsung Magician show?
