Question Samsung 970 Evo Can't Connect to Internet. Please check proxy or other network settings.

Hello everyone. I have some problem on my samsung magician. I use Samsung Evo 970 Plus M.2
In my samsung magician there warning said "SSD information could not be verified due to system compatibility issues. Please check proxy or other network settings."
But i check my connection is normally and other apps run normal too. I check my firewall its allow not block samsung magician.
roughly what should I do?

Try running the Magician app in an elevated command, i.e, Right click app>Run as Administrator. What OS are you working with?

I've been try. and the result is the same. Still warning proxy and internet connection.
