Question Samsung A50 audio problems (possible audiojack)

So for some reason about 2 days ago the audio quality on my samsung A50 started acting weird. A lot of the bass went away and it sound like there is too much trebble on everyhting if that makes any sense. It is like this with all my earbuds but doesn't happen on any other devices so I know im not just going deaf. I like listening to rap and ive noticed that the instrumental seems quiet or like in movies its hard to hear background music if it has a deep tone to it. This is concerning because this is a brand new phone and it isn't enjoyable to watch or listen to anything on it anymore. Does anyone know what is up with this? Is it hardware or software and if possible, how can I fix it?

There is probably some issue with the audio jack. It could be because of dust or may be physical damage.

You can get it fixed from any authorized service center but I would advise to better use wireless headphones.
