Samsung Ativ Book 9 Plus heating problem?

I have a Samsung Ativ Book 9 Plus Ultrabook, it's a great model, but it has one huge problem: it gets hot really quick. I was thinking about getting a laptop cooling pad, but I don't know if it will make any difference because the fan blows the hot air out from the top. Should I get one?

What is your cpu gpu temps

It can get into the high 70s and low 80s, and the laptop begins to function slowly. It has an air vent above the keyboard near the hinges, but I don't think it does a very good job at releasing air because the top half of the laptop gets quite hot.

Clean your laptop with compressed air can. It should help.
