Since you still have the old SSD, you could re-create the 4GB OEM partition and copy the contents of the OEM partition from your old SSD into the new partition. But if you ever needed to do a clean install of Windows 10, you could download the iso file from Microsoft, use the media creation tool to create a bootable media (DVD or USB stick) and reinstall Windows 10. For Windows 10 your product key is "saved" into the BIOS.
