Samsung EVO blank P2. BIOS says my boot hard drive doesn't exist????

I have a WD 2 TB hard drive. I plugged in my new evo that I won't to do migration from my old hard drive. BIOS from asus will not detect the hard drive.. even though it's plugged in properly. So please help me here.

Hey there, Markz0ne30!

I'd suggest you to try using a different SATA cable with the WD HDD.
Another thing that might help is resetting BIOS by reseating the CMOS battery or using some of the other methods listed here: http://www.wikihow.com/Reset-Your-BIOS
This will get your BIOS back to factory settings. When you plug the SSD make sure the SATA mode is set to AHCI.
