Question samsung magician

i am asking a question for a friend om my he bough a samsung ssd the 970 evo plus m.2 500 gb and its a small issue we got in working just fine we can see and use in on widows but he want to keep track of performanse in samsung magician but i will not show up so i though why not ask the smart people on here

What do you mean by "not show up" ? Program not working or what ?

well the programm work it shows his 2 other ssd but i will not show the nvme

Did you install latest SM and Samsung driver versions ? You can find them at Samsung site.

jes he did install the last drive and last version of sm
