Hello, I'd like to share my video in which you can see a software bug when you're moving objects on display fast.
The funniest thing is that this monitor is out of warranty repair, but the problem remains.
Display: Samsung 32 Odyssey Neo G7 (LS32BG750NUXEN).
I have no graphics card, I'm using the iGPU on the I7-13700k, Windows 11.

Welcome to the forums, newcomer!

I have no graphics card, I'm using the iGPU on the I7-13700k, Windows 11.

When posting a thread of troubleshooting nature, it's customary to include your full system's specs. Please list the specs to your build like so:
CPU:
CPU cooler:
Motherboard:
Ram:
SSD/HDD:
GPU:
PSU:
Chassis:
OS:
Monitor:
include the age of the PSU apart from it's make and model. BIOS version for your motherboard at this moment of time.

I would suggest that you use DDU to remove all GPU drivers from your platform(AMD, Nvidia and Intel) then manually reinstall with the latest display driver sourced from Intel's support site here in an elevated command, i.e, Right click installer>Run as Administrator.
