Samsung Ram original/fake?

Hi, I just got a Samsung 8GB DDR3 ram for my ROG GL552JX. Link here.

It doesn't have 'SAMSUNG' written on the edge of the board like the images in the link do. Is that enough evidence to qualify the one received as a fake?

Could be fake but if you have it installed, use CPU-Z program under SPD tab, it should tel you what exact make and model is and even serial number you can check it with Samsung. I'm sure they would be glad to know if somebody is selling fakes.
