Samsung TV cam with windows?

How can you use the samsung vg-stc3000 as a pc webcam? should i get a universal driver or something?

yeah i did all that and couldn't find any thing, btw it is the samsung vg stc3000

windows just doesnt recognize it at all

For Pete' sake, what are these IDs? They are in the form PID_XXXX, VID_XXXX, and they will help you search for drivers (if available). It is alread clear that official Microsoft-sanctioned drivers are not available, otherwise Windows would be able to find them.
